Biography

Andrew Michael Hall is an acoustic singer/songwriter taking his inspiration from the joys and the pains of life.

Andrew was born in Bellingham, Washington in May of 1956. His first encounter with a guitar was in his mother’s fruit cellar. His uncle had left his guitar there. When Andrew saw it, he had to pick it up. It felt great and he had to have one for himself. This was the beginning of his love for music and the guitar.

When in high school, he played the electric guitar in the school stage band as well as the swing choir. Soon after graduating high school, Andrew moved into his own apartment. He would frequently play music with his neighbors upstairs. Andrew eventually moved to Wisconsin where he met his wife. He had two sons who also grew to love music.

Andrew has a voice that matches well with his soothing guitar tone. Other than the guitar, Andrew plays keyboard as well as some percussion. He incorporates these instruments into his recordings to give them that full sound.

Andrew continues to create his own music as well as cover other artists. He hopes you enjoy his music and is happy to share it with you.
